Return & Refund Policy – Krishine Jewels

At Krishine Jewels, we maintain strict quality checks. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged, or

  • Product received is defective

Mandatory Proof (Important)
To claim a return/refund, you must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened

  • The issue must be clearly visible in the video

Time Limit

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Cases

  • No returns for change of mind

  • No returns for size issues or personal preference

  • No claims without an unboxing video

Refund Process

  • Once your claim is approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

RTO (Return to Origin) Cases

  • If the order is returned due to customer refusal or unavailability, no refund will be provided

  • If the return happens due to our error, a refund will be issued

Replacement (if applicable)
In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
