At Krishine Jewels, we maintain strict quality checks. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns in the following cases:
Product received is damaged, or
Product received is defective
Mandatory Proof (Important)
To claim a return/refund, you must provide:
A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened
The issue must be clearly visible in the video
Time Limit
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted
Non-Returnable Cases
No returns for change of mind
No returns for size issues or personal preference
No claims without an unboxing video
Refund Process
Once your claim is approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
RTO (Return to Origin) Cases
If the order is returned due to customer refusal or unavailability, no refund will be provided
If the return happens due to our error, a refund will be issued
Replacement (if applicable)
In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
