  • Bulk or heavy orders

In such cases, customers will be informed in advance before dispatch, and the order will only be processed after confirmation.

We strive to keep shipping costs minimal and transparent for all our customers.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Partners

We primarily use India Post as our preferred shipping partner to ensure reliable and cost-effective delivery across India.

However, depending on your location and service availability, we may also use other trusted courier partners to ensure faster and more efficient delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, the tracking details will be shared via SMS/email (if available).

Customers are requested to track their orders using the provided tracking link or tracking ID directly on the courier partner’s website.

Please note that real-time tracking updates are managed by the courier partner, and our website does not provide live tracking updates after dispatch.

However, if you face any issues with tracking or delivery, our support team is always available to assist you.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. Please ensure you are available to receive your order.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, or if the customer is unavailable, the order may be returned to us (RTO).

Return to Origin (RTO) Policy

  • If the order is returned due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address, no refund will be issued.

  • If the RTO occurs due to our mistake (wrong product, packaging issue, etc.), the customer will be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
