At Krishine Jewels, customer satisfaction is a top priority. While we maintain a strict no-return policy in most cases, we allow returns only if a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. To initiate a return, the customer must contact us within 3 days of product delivery and must submit an unboxing video that clearly shows the product being opened for the first time. The video must be continuous, without any edits, cuts, or filters, and should begin before opening the outer packaging. The entire product and shipping label must be clearly visible in the video. If no video is submitted, or if the video does not meet the mentioned requirements, the return request will be immediately declined. Change of mind, dissatisfaction with size, color, or design does not qualify for a return.
If a return is approved, the product must be securely packed and returned to us in its original, unused condition. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will initiate the refund within 2 working days of its successful delivery to us. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used, through Razorpay. For initiating a return, customers are requested to send an email to info@krishinejewels.com including their Order ID, reason for return, and a valid unboxing video. We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
